Weekly Rates: Saturday to Saturday/Check-in 4PM, Check-out 10AM - $2500 weekly
Nightly Rates: 3-4 night minimum depending on dates /$350 per night
Security Deposit - $500 (fully refundable after your stay and property inspection)
Cleaning Fee: $200 applied to each stay
Pet Fee: $500 (*will consider pet stays on a case-by-case basis – only 1 pet)
Renters will supply all their own linens – sheets, bath, and beach towels etc. There are blanket and pillows available in the unit for use.
Renters will supply all their own incidentals for their vacations (toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, etc.) – they are welcome to use any supplies that may have been left in the unit.
This unit is NOT available to Groups or Persons Under the Age of Twenty-Five (25) unless accompanied by a Parent or Guardian – this is a family-oriented condo complex
Primary Guest(s) must sign a lease agreement and provide a copy of a Government Issued ID
NO SMOKING in the unit or on the deck
